Hadley’s Martini Bar located on West Morgan Street in downtown Raleigh has made plans to start hosting Food Truck Pop-Up restaurants featuring your favorite local food truck chefs. Each weekend a local food truck chef will take over the kitchen and create their own special menu. The first Pop-Up launches this Thursday, June 9th through Saturday 11th. Chef Susan Tower of the Deli-icious food truck will helm the kitchen and offer a unique tapas menu featuring seven different items to choose from. The menu will range from Korean style fried chicken dumplings to vegetarian options like watermelon & feta salad and veggie sticky buns. You can view the full menu below.
