This weekend you can find Durham’s own Everything Bagels doing a Saturday morning Pop-Up at the Durham Hotel’s Coffee Shop from 10am-2pm. This will be a fun opportunity to try their locally-sourced bagels and bagel sandwiches before they move into their permanent home at the Durham Food Hall later this year.

-Chicken Katsu on Sesame Bagel
Salted Cabbage, Tonkatsu Sauce, Fried Egg Mayo
-Taylor Ham Pork Roll on Everything Bagel
Chapel Hill Creamery Farmers’ Cheese, Pepper Jelly
-Sesame Bagel with Miso Blueberry Cream Cheese
