Neomonde Cafe in North Raleigh is at the top of my list of “go to” dining options in the Triangle for a great Mediterranean cuisine. Not only is the food fantastic, it is very affordable. So I was very excited when this local, family-run business opened their newest location in a shopping center of Strickland Road in North Raleigh just a few miles down the road from my house. I hope to share a full blog post about Neomonde in the next few weeks, but in the meantime I wanted to share the news about their upcoming Falls Festival event.
Neomonde’s Fall Festival takes place this Saturday (10/6) and features Live Arabic Music & Dancing, food & grocery specials, and educational workshops like a Bee Keeping Class and Arabic cooking class (see schedule above for exact times). I’m not exactly sure what a “fairy hair booth” is, but something tells me it is something that children will really enjoy. So if you are looking for an excuse to go try the best Mediterranean food in Raleigh while checking out some fun family events I suggest you stop by Neomonde this Saturday.
