I’ve been wondering what happened to the WanderBox since it first appeared downtown last summer. This past week I learned it has been reincarnated as the Bull Durham Beer Company Beer Garden at the Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) in downtown Raleigh. Beer will be served from the shipping container turned wandering beer dispensary Thursdays and Fridays from 5-11 pm and Sundays from 12-5 pm through November.

The Wander Box is a new roaming beer garden made out of a refurbished shipping container. It debuts Thursday evening at CAM Raleigh on W. Martin Street in Raleigh’s warehouse district. The container will have as many as 12 local beers on tap and there are several community style tables in the courtyard where you can relax and enjoy your beer. Look for food trucks to join the fun as part of First Friday. The Wander Box will be stationed at CAM Raleigh through June 15th. Follow them on facebook and twitter for updates on where they will be next.
